Job Summary- To assess resident’s nutritional needs, establish nutritional plans and menus, and to ensure compliance with nutritional standards ad regulatory requirements. •Monitors, preparation, delivery, and serving of meals to residents. •Evaluates adequacy of policies and procedures. •Ensures compliance with approved Diet Manual including developing procedural information on quantity recipes for regular and special diets. •Assesses and evaluates resident’s nutritional needs routinely and per regulations. •Prepares menus and assists in food/supply purchasing decisions.
